The Gym Staff position at Momentum Indoor Climbing is a multi-faceted, customer-focused role responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the gym run smoothly. Gym Staff are the face of Momentum, interacting with customers, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role includes working at the front desk, monitoring the climbing areas, and providing instruction to ensure the best possible experience for our members and guests.
