Habilitation Specialist

The Habilitation Specialist works across Wiltshire to support children and young people with vision impairment in developing mobility, orientation, and independent living skills. This role involves collaborating with families, educators, and health professionals to design tailored habilitation programmes and contribute to Education, Health and Care Plans. The position aims to help young people gain confidence, navigate their surroundings safely, and achieve lifelong independence within inclusive community environments.
