Handover Specialist

As a Handover Specialist at Al-Futtaim Automotive, you will deliver an educational and immersive vehicle handover experience for BYD customers, preparing vehicles and explaining features to ensure a smooth transition to ownership. The role involves managing customer expectations, coordinating delivery milestones, and providing excellent customer service while supporting the sales team with test drives. You will also welcome showroom visitors and maintain current knowledge of BYD products and electric mobility solutions.
