Hands-on Principal Engineer

This role serves as a senior technical authority and individual contributor responsible for the strategic direction, modernization, and operational excellence of CNA's reinsurance, accounting, and financial data systems. The position involves hands-on architecture, engineering, and coding while providing technical leadership and influence across teams without direct people management responsibilities. The engineer partners with business and technology executives to define long-term strategy and drive enterprise modernization to ensure technology platforms enable growth and compliance.
