A Building Maintenance Worker at AIM supports the upkeep and general maintenance of buildings through various repair tasks, minor installations, and carpentry work under the supervision of a Building Maintenance Supervisor. The role involves handling specific duties such as fixing walls, floors, ceilings, doors, and installing air conditioning units or water heaters while adhering to strict safety protocols. This position requires working a Monday to Friday day shift between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. in both indoor and outdoor environments.
