Handyman

This role involves performing routine and extensive preventative and reactive maintenance, including painting, plumbing, joinery, and electrical repairs, within a luxury serviced apartment block. The position requires conducting scheduled maintenance on building mechanical equipment, managing preventive maintenance procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Handyman will also handle daily guest requests, emergency maintenance, and building checklists while maintaining high standards of customer service.
