Handyman

Our client is seeking a permanent Handyman to work in a luxury serviced apartment block near Kilburn Park, London. The role involves performing routine and extensive preventative and reactive maintenance, including painting, plumbing, joinery, and electrical repairs. The position requires managing building PPMs, conducting health and safety checks, and responding to guest and emergency maintenance requests.
