Handyman

The Handyman is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, functional, and well-maintained supportive housing residence consisting of more than 50 residential units for adults. The role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the property to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff. The position requires collaborating with property management and maintenance staff to preserve the physical condition of the property through timely repairs and preventative maintenance.
