About this role

This role involves taking ownership of the quality, accuracy, and integrity of hardware asset data across the full asset lifecycle within the IT Asset Management function. The position requires reconciling information across multiple systems, investigating discrepancies, and driving improvements in the maturity and reliability of the hardware asset estate. It provides trusted data to support financial, contractual, operational, security, and compliance decisions.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain quality and integrity of hardware asset records across ITAM tools and CMDBs
Perform regular data quality audits and reconcile asset information across multiple systems
Produce asset reports, dashboards, and data quality KPIs covering inventory and lifecycle status
