Hardware Engineering Manager

Stratom is seeking a Hardware Engineering Manager to lead the hardware engineering team, overseeing staffing, resource allocation, and engineering priorities across multiple vehicle and robotics programs. The role involves providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and ensuring consistent, high-quality engineering processes and documentation. This position requires close collaboration with program managers, technical leads, and DoD customers to support development, testing, and proposal efforts.
