The Hardware Failure Analysis Technician owns Fellow’s failure analysis lab and the end-to-end lifecycle of failure testing—from intake of field units to testing, reporting, and conclusions. The role provides data-driven insights that help engineering and quality teams understand and resolve product issues, with a primary focus on the new espresso machine and Fellow’s broader product portfolio. This is an on-site role based in San Francisco requiring daily attendance.
