Hardware & Manufacturing TPM

The Hardware & Manufacturing TPM owns the queue where onsite hardware and QC issues meet engineering, serving as the seam between the build floor and design teams. This role triages incoming hardware issues across active builds, decides what escalates and to whom, and owns inventory issues before they hold up a build. The position replaces ad hoc communication with a single owned queue to prioritize engineering fixes based on actual build or site blocking issues.
