Hardware Technical Lead

NVIDIA’s Interconnect Product Hardware Engineering team is seeking a Hardware Technical Lead to drive the end-to-end technical program execution of complex Co-Packaged Optics and Silicon Photonics interconnect hardware. This senior individual contributor role requires deep hands-on technical capability and program management skills to support multi-disciplinary efforts from concept through mass production. The position serves as the central focal point across parallel engineering groups, ensuring alignment, resolving technical roadblocks, and delivering world-class products on time.
