Harm Reduction Manager

Wellness Equity Alliance is seeking an experienced Harm Reduction Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of harm reduction services within its Street Medicine Program. This hands-on leader works in the field alongside outreach and clinical teams, builds trust with participants, supervises harm reduction staff, and ensures services are delivered with fidelity to evidence-based, participant-centered practice. The role involves direct service delivery, team supervision, program development, and community engagement to support populations impacted by health inequities.
