Harm Reduction Services Coordinator

This position provides assertive, community-based interventions and case management services for high-risk HIV- and HIV-positive individuals who use drugs in SW Ohio, N Kentucky, and SE Indiana. The role involves conducting outreach, HIV testing, and education while linking clients to medical care, substance abuse treatment, and holistic resources. It requires advocating for the target population and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
