Harm Reduction Worker

The Harm Reduction Worker supports Lookout’s Harm Reduction Program by providing oversight of harm reduction supplies and orienting staff to carry out their duties within the harm reduction framework. The role involves supporting clients with various challenges, including substance abuse and mental health issues, through needle distribution, education, and resource sharing. This position requires collaboration with the public, service agencies, and professionals to ensure a safe and caring environment for all guests.
