HART Senior Support Worker (Nights)

The HART Senior Support Worker (Nights) role provides short-term care and support services, including reablement to help individuals return home from hospital and regain independence, homecare support for timely discharge, and short-term crisis support for urgent social care needs. The position involves working flexible hours on a rota basis between 10:30 PM and 7:30 AM, 365 days a year, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. The role requires travel to various locations throughout Leicestershire and collaboration with other agencies to meet the needs of service users.
