Harvest Manager

The Harvest Manager leads the Night Shift leadership team for the Harvest (Kill Floor) operation at JBS Dinmore, one of Australia's largest integrated beef processing facilities. This key leadership role is responsible for delivering outstanding performance across safety, quality, people, animal welfare, and production outcomes while managing a large operational workforce. The position reports to the Assistant Plant Manager and focuses on developing frontline leaders and driving continuous improvement.
