Harvesting Operator

A Harvesting Operator at Oishii is responsible for executing day-to-day farming operations, including pruning, harvesting, cleaning, and sanitizing plants to ensure exceptional product quality and plant health. The role involves operating new farming technologies, managing all stages of the strawberry plant life cycle, and collaborating cross-functionally with packaging and distribution teams. This hands-on position requires working onsite in a vertical farm environment to maintain plant health and safety while collecting data for continuous improvement.
