Hazard Mitigation Technician

The Hazard Mitigation Technician supports the Office of Emergency Services in transitioning the Tribe's mitigation and preparedness work from planning to implementation. This role involves identifying and developing hazard mitigation projects, assisting with grant development, updating emergency management plans, and delivering training to Tribal staff and community members. The position also builds and supports the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program and functions within the Incident Command System during activations.
