Hazardous Materials Response Team Member

This position serves as a paid per-call member of the Waupaca County Emergency Management Department, responding to chemical emergencies and hazardous material incidents across Waupaca, Portage, and Waushara Counties. The role involves coordinating with other agencies, utilizing the Incident Command System, and assessing hazardous conditions to protect the public, personnel, and environment. Team members are expected to maintain current knowledge through training and adhere to strict safety and confidentiality protocols.
