H&B Support Manager

The H&B Support Manager supervises a team of Support Specialists dedicated to delivering high-quality service to existing and potential Inspira clients for pre-tax products like HSA and FSA, as well as additional services such as COBRA and Commuter Services. This role leverages data to manage team performance, coach team members, and drive elevated performance levels while promoting ownership and accountability. The manager collaborates as a consultant or partner with various workgroups, including product, digital, account management, and operations.
