HBC Interventionist- Bilingual

This position collaborates with youth in Rockland and Orange Counties who have intellectual or developmental disabilities to prevent family separation and out-of-home placement. The role involves creating safety plans, conducting assessments, and providing training and support to parents. It also includes connecting families to local resources and assisting with applications for OPWDD or OMH services.
