HBC Interventionist

This role involves working collaboratively with youth in Ulster and Sullivan County who have intellectual or developmental disabilities to prevent family separation and out-of-home placement. The position focuses on creating safety plans, conducting assessments, and providing training and support to parents. It also includes connecting families to local resources and assisting with applications for OPWDD or OMH services.
