HBCI Interventionist

The HBCI Interventionist provides intensive crisis intervention and case management services to children and families in Jefferson County who are at imminent risk of psychiatric hospitalization or group treatment admission. The role involves responding to referrals, conducting clinical assessments, and collaborating with community providers to stabilize youth and link families with necessary resources. This position requires on-site work, off-site visits, and participation in an after-hours on-call rotation.
