HBM Logic Architect

The HBM Logic Architect will lead a compact US-based HBM Architect Design team, working closely with key customers to address base‑die architectural challenges in HBM and 3D‑stacked DRAM. The role involves creating advanced, customized HBM architectures for future products, driving system‑level co‑optimization, and strengthening competitiveness through technical leadership and close customer engagement.
