HBO/WO stage: Maintenance

Internship at Abbott Zwolle focused on evaluating the most cost-efficient maintenance strategy for site equipment by comparing internal maintenance by Abbott staff versus external vendor maintenance. The project includes developing a cost estimate, risk assessment, and an implementation plan for optimal maintenance timing. The work is structured using the DMAIC methodology and is part of the ANSC Nutrition Supply Chain student program.
