About this role
The PSW/HCA/CCA provides direct personal support and care to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs in accordance with policies and routines. The role supports activities of daily living such as ambulation, feeding, bathing and grooming and may be performed in long-term care or community home care settings. This is a part-time position with duties guided by care plans and documentation systems.
