About this role
The Health Care Aide provides personal care and selected support tasks under the direction of the Director of Health & Wellness, following regulatory and organizational standards. The role supports seniors in long-term care and community settings by assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, nutrition, and emotional support. The position involves observation and reporting of resident conditions, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with supervisors, families, and other care providers.
