About this role

The HCM Data Conversion Lead leads the data conversion workstream for a higher education ERP modernization, supporting the migration from PeopleSoft HCM to Workday. This role serves as the primary client point of contact and is accountable for the workstream's strategy, scope, schedule, quality, risks, and deliverables. The position requires directing data conversion developers while remaining hands-on in data analysis, mapping, extraction, transformation, validation, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HCM data conversion workstream strategy and delivery
Analyze PeopleSoft HCM data structures and map to Workday business objects
Develop and refine SQL queries and transformation scripts for data migration
