HCM Workday Functional Analyst

The Workday Functional Analyst supports operational excellence by configuring the assigned Workday ERP functional area in accordance with regulatory, college, and system-governance requirements. This position improves processes and reporting, maintains system configuration, and partners with stakeholders on upgrades and new implementations. As the functional area’s primary point of contact and subject matter expert, this position resolves daily issues, creates training resources and job aids, and oversees report development and data integrity.
