Head Cabin Crew (In-flight Services)

Leads and is accountable for the end-to-end Cabin Crew and In-flight Services function, ensuring safe, secure, and high-quality cabin operations across the network. The role sets operational and service standards while providing strategic direction for workforce capability, service delivery, and continuous improvement. Acts as the principal interface between cabin crew and senior management, advising on risks, performance, and strategic priorities to support the airline's brand and commercial objectives.
