Head Chef

Las Iguanas is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment, ensuring consistently high-quality food and a positive, energetic culture. The role involves mentoring and developing chefs, maintaining strict standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness, and managing kitchen operations including costs, labour, and stock. Working closely with the General Manager, the Head Chef drives restaurant success through effective leadership and commercial decision-making.
