The Head Chef leads the overall kitchen operation across all F&B outlets at the new five-star Hotel Experimental Porto Infante Sagres, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. This role involves managing kitchen teams, controlling food costs, and implementing the signature cuisine vision across breakfast, lunch, dinner, pool, and banquet services. The position requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to maintain hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
