We are seeking a strategic Head: CIB Coverage Compliance to lead compliance advisory within Corporate & Investment Banking, operating as a key part of the second line of defense. This role provides independent oversight and guidance to ensure effective management of compliance and reputational risk while enabling business growth. The successful candidate will combine deep regulatory expertise with strong leadership to manage adherence to local and global regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

Provide proactive compliance advisory across CIB coverage and public sector businesses
Guide stakeholders on conduct risk, regulatory requirements, and cross-border activities
Act as a trusted advisor on new products, transactions, and strategic initiatives
Lead regulatory interpretation and communicate impacts to the business
Identify, assess, and manage emerging regulatory and compliance risks
