About this role
The Head Coach - Lacrosse leads McGill’s varsity lacrosse program, developing and integrating student-athlete skills in line with the program’s values and standards. This part-time position also handles administrative duties related to eligibility, recruitment, scholarships and performance tracking, and supervises assistant coaches. The role has a heavier workload during the competitive season (approximately 22 hours/week) and reduced hours in the off-season, with possible annual contract renewal.
