Head Coach

The Head Coach is responsible for the overall conduct and proper functioning of the assigned interscholastic athletic activity, ensuring compliance with school philosophy and N.J.S.I.A.A. regulations. This role involves managing athlete eligibility, equipment, and safety protocols while serving as a role model and mentor for student-athletes. The position requires coordinating with athletic administration to maintain facility schedules, submit budgets, and oversee team operations throughout the season.
