Head Coach

The Head Coach oversees the entire athletic program, including assistant coaches and athletes, while fostering student development through skill instruction, ethical behavior, and leadership training. This role involves collaborating with the Athletic Director on scheduling, budgeting, and eligibility, as well as managing logistics for travel and facility use. The position requires maintaining strong communication with media, boosters, and the community to promote the activity.
