Head – Data Engineering

M&G Global Services is the global capability centre of the M&G group, providing technology and business services to support asset management and life insurance operations. The Head of Data Engineering is a senior leadership role responsible for setting the strategic vision, operating model and technical direction for the enterprise data engineering function to enable analytics, AI/ML and reporting outcomes across the organization. This role partners with business and technology stakeholders to align data platform investments with corporate objectives.
