Mastercard Foundation
The Head, Gender and Inclusion provides strategic leadership for gender equality, disability inclusion, refugee and displaced-person inclusion, youth engagement, and safeguarding across the Senegal portfolio and the broader WAEMU Countries. This role ensures the Foundation's inclusion ambitions are translated into program design, partner practices, portfolio performance, and measurable outcomes for young people. The position requires a strategic and collaborative leader to influence across teams, partners, and geographies while balancing common standards with country-specific realities.
The Mastercard Foundation works with visionary organizations to enable young people in Africa and in Indigenous communities in Canada to access dignified and fulfilling work.
