Head of Autonomous Fleet Operations at Grab will architect the operational footprint for Grab's autonomous fleet, shaping the organization, processes, and culture to scale safely and efficiently. This executive leader will define the cross-functional structure and governance needed to operate a large, safe and efficient autonomous fleet, reporting to the global GM of Autonomous. The role encompasses building a high-impact, cross-functional team across vehicle maintenance, command center operations, and field service, and guiding market deployments from concept to execution.
