The Head Housekeeping Trainer at Justlife will own the training and quality standards for thousands of housekeeping professionals across the GCC, designing curriculum, coaching in the field, and using data to improve customer experience and NPS. The role leads a team of trainers, standardizes training delivery, and collaborates with quality, operations, and other functions to close skill gaps.
