The Head Indoor Guide is a leadership position responsible for creating an exceptional member and guest experience while leading the Indoor Guide team at a Nashville-based climbing company. This role involves overseeing daily operations, team development, events, and facility standards to ensure Climb's mission and vision are consistently met. The position requires close collaboration with the General Manager to maintain smooth gym operations and uphold company standards.
