Head, Legal R&D External Partnering & IP Licensing

The Head, Legal R&D External Partnering & IP Licensing provides senior legal leadership for Haleon’s R&D partnering, external innovation, and intellectual property licensing activities. This role partners with cross-functional teams to enable high-value collaborations, technology access arrangements, and strategic in-licensing and out-licensing transactions. The position leads legal strategy across the full deal lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and due diligence to negotiation, execution, and post-signature implementation.
