About this role
A role within the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore’s Aviation Industry Division focused on supporting the development and transformation of Singapore’s air hub to maintain competitiveness and quality employment. The position leads a small team to guide medium- to long-term sector manpower strategy, funding policy, and workforce data capabilities. The officer will work across government, industry and educational stakeholders to shape policy direction and support workforce transformation initiatives.
