About this role

As the Head of AI and Data Platform at Lingo, a division of Abbott, you will define the technical vision and lead the engineering execution of AI, machine learning, and data infrastructure for a groundbreaking biosensing health platform. This hands-on leadership role involves architecting large-scale data systems, integrating LLMs, and building MLOps pipelines while growing a global team of engineers to deliver innovative, regulated health products. You will partner with data science and product teams to translate research into scalable, production-ready AI systems that empower consumers to manage their metabolic health.

Responsibilities

Define and own the technical architecture for AI and data platforms
Lead engineering execution of AI-powered product features and ML models
Build and manage MLOps infrastructure including model registry and monitoring
Grow and galvanize a high-performing global team of AI and data engineers
Ensure AI systems align with regulatory requirements like HIPAA and FDA guidance

Skills

Qualifications
