About this role
The Head of ALM at Luno is a senior strategic leader responsible for managing and optimising the company’s balance sheet to support long-term financial health and growth. You will establish and lead the Asset Liability Management framework, provide oversight of the treasury risk function, and ensure effective capital, funding, investment and liquidity management. The role requires close collaboration with senior management and the board to report on capital adequacy and risk exposures, and involves building and mentoring an ALM and risk team.
