The Head of Artificial Intelligence – ICC will define and execute AstraZeneca's AI strategy across Cell Therapy Discovery and Targeted Immune Engagers, building and leading a centralized AI team that delivers high‑impact initiatives such as predictive CAR‑T models, in silico binder design, and AI‑driven workflow automation. This senior leader will embed AI as a core capability, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and ensure governance, compliance, and measurable value for the organization.
