Lead the Asset Management function responsible for defining strategic and tactical asset allocation to achieve the company’s general account and ILP investment targets. This role partners with Finance, Actuarial and senior leadership to drive ALM objectives, develop investment solutions, and provide high-level investment analysis and planning. The position also aligns fund priorities and performance targets across stakeholders and supports product and marketing initiatives.
