Serval
The Head of Associate AE Program will build and lead Serval's early-career sales apprenticeship, transforming exceptional talent into Account Executives and GTM leaders. This role involves designing the program from the ground up, recruiting cohorts, delivering curriculum, and coaching associates to generate qualified pipeline. The position reports to the VP of Mid-Market and collaborates with sales leadership, marketing, and enablement teams to establish a respected path into AI sales.
